Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Free Standard Shipping for all orders in the United States: Expect delivery in 2-5 business days.
    Please note: Shipping time does not include weekends or the standard processing time of 1-3 business days for order fulfillment.

Shipping Methods:
We use third-party carriers like FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc. Delivery times may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed based on item availability and payment confirmation.
  • Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays, and any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.

Shipping Insurance:
We have partnered with Route, a package protection service, to offer affordable coverage against loss, theft, or damage during transit. You can choose to add Route insurance at checkout, which also provides real-time tracking through the Route mobile app.



Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:
If you're not happy with any of your purchases, we offer returns within 60 days for a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Products without original tags or showing excessive wear.
  • Swimwear without the hygienic liner or reusable pouch.
  • Final sale items or clearance items.
  • Used bras or underwear (due to hygiene reasons).

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the items (with tags and packaging), and the reason for the return.
  2. Follow the return instructions in the email you receive.
  3. For U.S. exchanges, we offer a free return label, but you’ll be responsible for shipping costs for any subsequent exchanges.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed and issued within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be made to your original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, you’ll receive a Movasa gift card for the amount once the return is in transit.



Order Issues

Where can I shop?
Movasa products are exclusively available on www.movasa.com.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order through the link in the email or by logging into your Movasa account.

Order Number:
Your order number will be in the confirmation email you received after completing your purchase or in your Movasa account under order history.

Why was my order canceled?
If your order was flagged as high-risk by our system, it may have been canceled. If you received a cancellation notice, please verify your payment details and reach out to our Customer Support Team. All charges will be refunded once your order details are confirmed.

How do I change or cancel an order?
You can modify or cancel your order with the help of our Customer Support Team before it’s processed. If you miss the window, don’t worry! We offer easy exchanges and returns within 60 days.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my delivered package?

  1. Check around your property in case the package was left in an unexpected location.
  2. Contact the carrier for more details about the delivery.
  3. If you still can’t locate your package, please allow 1-2 more days as the tracking system might show the package as delivered even if it's still en route. If no solution is provided by the carrier, contact us at service@movasa.com.



Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPa and others.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged based on the shipping address and applicable tax laws. The estimated tax amount will be included in your order total during checkout, but please note it may slightly vary depending on the shipping location.

Currency:
Our website processes transactions in USD (U.S. dollars).

Payment Security:
Your payment information is safe with us. We use encrypted forms to ensure the highest level of security for all sensitive data.



Discounts

How do I apply a discount code?
On the checkout page, you will see a box to enter your discount code. Click Apply after entering the code, and your total will be updated accordingly.
Note: Only one discount code can be applied per order, and it cannot be combined with other offers.

Why isn’t my discount code working?
Please check the following:

  • Make sure the code hasn’t expired.
  • Some codes may only apply to specific products or minimum order values.
  • Some codes (like store credit codes) may require you to be logged into your Movasa account.

How do I choose the correct size?
