Exchanges & Returns Policy
At Movasa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help with our 60-day hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Returns: If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at [email protected] or call (518) 722-7425 to get a Return Authorization.
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- The return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or if there was an error in the order.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: If you'd prefer to exchange an item for a different size or color, we are happy to accommodate exchanges within the 60-day window.
To exchange an item:
- Contact us at [email protected] or call (518) 722-7425 to request an exchange.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the requested exchange item at no additional shipping charge (only if the exchange is within the 60-day return period).
- If you need to return a product for a different item or size, please follow the return instructions first, then place a new order for the new product.
Refund Processing: Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
Please Note:
- All items returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items, or items that have been damaged by the customer.
